drilling and tapping

Drilling

Drilling machines help to make holes against a hard surface in a workshop setup wherever required. Our small drill machine with a precise spindle and runout is necessary for successful micro drilling. This size of drill necessitates paying great attention to the appearance of wear indicators. Our big drill and counter machine setup provides high speed, high output and easy operation. A big drill includes a spindle allowing rotational movement to create a hole in a workpiece. Its steady grip and durability provides a stable hand, and high flexibility enables angular movements. Being low maintenance and low cost, it is a great option for making big holes in a workplace.

Tapping

The tapping machine typically involves 5 hammers arranged in a line. These hammers create heavy impacts on a surface by rising and pressing alternatively. The noise generated in each frequency band enables one to determine the vibrational frequency spectrum of the impact. This helps to gauge the insulation in service pipes, tanks, floors etc. Big Tapping machines enable sound insulation for bigger objects. Our big tapping apparatus which is a shaft-driven device with a sturdy frame holding the tapping shaft in place. For simple operations, the shaft rotates through a smooth bearing system. A tap holder is mounted on the shaft tip. This machine produces precise tapping results for screw threads that are exactly matched
