Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines allow three-dimensional cutting with just one set of instructions, systematically coded through an algorithmic program. Production tools and equipment are moved in accordance with pre- programmed computer software when CNC machining is used. The CNC machines at our facility are built to contrast and eliminate the limitations of manual control, which depend on live operator prompts. They are capable of a versatile array of commands including straight turning, rough turning, finish turning, Step turning & Taper turning. It also enables internal & external Threading, Undercutting, Boring, Knurling, Tapping and counterboring. The CNC machine allows various movements like Radius, Chamfering, Grooving, Facing & Drilling.
