Foundry – Sand & Gravity Casting

Foundry is a specialized facility where all castings of different sizes and shapes are constructed by melting metal and pouring it into various molds. This process produces industrial metal components (also called metal casting). We have established our own Foundry unit, which includes a range of processes like sand casting and gravity casting, to produce accurate and complex metal parts with high durability and accuracy.

Aakriti has both, Sand & Gravity Casting:

Sand Casting: Sand casting is a form of metal casting that uses sand as the mold material. Sand castings are made in our foundries and help produce a large portion of metal castings. Our Sand castings are relatively inexpensive and reliable enough to withhold external force and casting process.

Gravity Casting: This reliable and cost-effective method involves filling a mold with molten metal to get detailed, high-quality industrial automotive metal parts. Since gravity casting produces complex shapes with high tolerance, it is best used for manufacturing precise and durable metal components.
